IT Front (Pvt) Ltd is a software production company registered in 2006 March with the objective of providing customized, high-quality software solutions. During the last 2 years in the industry, we have successfully implemented several mission-critical, highly customized solutions. ITF boasts of several high-caliber individuals who made this all possible. Our strengths include Java, EJB3 and .NET. The domains we operate in are: Mobile applications, payment gateways, GPS-applications and mission-critical commercial applications.
Ashoka (CEO/CTO)
After successfully completing a BSc degree, specializing in Computer Science, at the University of Colombo in 2000, Ashoka Ekanayake was a senior team member in world renowned software houses such as:

- Mobile commerce server (complex mobile payment solution) − played a senior role as the Technical Lead

- 3G mobile payment platform (a mobile payment gateway based on 3G technology for Hutchison Telecom) − Senior team member in the designing/development.
- Loyalty-scheme software (Japanese language loyalty-points management on an enterprise scale) − senior role as a Technical Lead

Ashoka is well versed in highly-advanced Java/EJB/.Net based commercial application development. After many years working with the industry giants, he decided to venture out on his own. Hence the birth of ITF. Currently, Ashoka is the Chief Executive Officer of ITF and carries 8 years worth of industry experience.
Supun (Solutions Architect)
After reading for the same degree, together with Ashoka, Supun continued to work at a medium-sized software house known as Logical Systems (Pvt) Ltd where he was the Software Development Manager, which he joined in 1993. At Logical Systems, he was the chief architect of the first ERP solution for the Tea industry in Sri Lanka. Among his clientele were Van Rees (Ceylon) Ltd., Gordon Frazer Ltd., De Silva, Abeywarena & Peiris Tea Brokers and Consolidated Warehouses of Mombasa, Kenya. Among his other clients are: Department for Registration of Persons (Complete proposal for designing and computer based management for a magnetized NIC), Ceylon Tobacco Company (Architect of the Distribution system) and Dankotuwa Porcelain (Requirement study for Complete Automation). After a straight 10-year stint, he joined Direct Solutions International (Pvt) Ltd, who is the pioneer in loyalty marketing in Sri Lanka. He was the Head of MIS and played a pivotal role in conceptualizing data standards, using of available data for data mining and marketing purposes. In the 4 1/2 years he was at Direct Solutions, he created two major loyalty scheme software solutions for SingerMega and SingerPlus channels of Singer (Sri Lanka) Ltd. − the largest white-goods retailer in the island. AnmumClub loyalty scheme for Fonterra (Pvt) Ltd. was also managed by a team headed by Supun. In addition, he was a consultant to Wataniya Telecom of Kuwait for a high volume telecom data analysis project for direct marketing purposes. Another feather in his hat is the Customer Insight Program for Dialog Telekom. Currently, Supun is the Solutions Architect at ITF and he carries 15 years of industry experience
